Testing goat saliva could lead to improved herd immunity. Dr. Emma Borkowski and her team investigated the potential of identifying animals capable of mounting a superior immune response to gastro-intestinal nematodes by screening for antibody in goat saliva. Their research provides guidelines for use of the CARLA Test® under Canadian grazing conditions.
